Non-toxic. If you are talking about an extreme case like a kid intentionally eating a bunch of them, then it is probably worth asking your doctor, and it may make them vomit, but I'm pretty sure the contents amount to colored vegetable oil.

I can tell you the stuff tastes god awful. If you get shot in the facemask, it can spray through the air vents. Really bitter.

I would think that any kind of paint would be toxic! If someone ate one call the doctor!

There are considered non-toxic but different people react to different chemicals. EXAMPLE: Dairy is fine for most but not all. Not a good Idea to eat them if you don't have to.
