It is a medical myth that you are low in iron, it probably true that you do not have the other nutrients in order to absorb/enrich the haemoglobin blood molecule. By eating natural organic foods, you will bring colour back into your life. Also, do some yoga & breathing excercises (or general cardio helps) - this will clean the blocked lympth system (body sewage system) which apparently does not have a pump so it gets blocked.

Interesting, the blood molecule and green molecule are identical except at centre of blood is Fe (iron) and in green drinks is (magnesium) - according to basic principles of chemistry (if in doubt, go back to the fundamentals, build up and don't trust the professionals. The blood molecule does not loose the iron but looses other elements).

In other words, both Chlorophyll and Hemoglobin share a similar atom structure to create the there respective molecules, as shown below. The only actual difference in the two molecules is that of the metallic atom element. In human blood or hemoglobin consists of iron, while in Chlorophyll the metallic atom is magnesium.

Good sources of B12 are fermented foods, such as soy products, tempeh, and yogurt. Folic acid can be obtained from orange juice, oatmeal, spinach, and beets.
Good supplementary sources of iron include a product called Floradix, and bee pollen. B12 can be obtained from a B-complex vitamin, or from spirulina.
Sea vegetables, green vegetable juice, dandelion root, gentian, and yellow dock are herbs useful in countering iron deficiency.
Alternating hot and cold showers, skin brushing, and deep breathing exercises are useful supplementary treatments.
