How do I file a complaint against an Internet company in California?

I already contacted the State of CA Consumer Affairs; they say to contact the AG as they don't handle my type of complaint.

I emailed the BBB; I'm waiting on a reply. Is there anybody else to whom I can complain?

The State Attorney General is the next step. My state, Ohio, has a division in the AG's office that handles consumer complaints like yours.
