Which is better for strengthening the immune system: Tai Chi or Kundalini yoga?

Any other suggestions? (I have chronic PTSD)

penicilin does not strengthen your immune system - it will get rid of a bacterial infection.

acupuncture would strengthen the immune system.
tai chi may boost the energy a bit, as may kundalini yoga but if you have an immune problem, i would try acupuncture and some immune boosting supplements.
