They were in a desert and surrounded by sand, however they found an american flag by itself. Is that unpatriotic and offensive? Or necessary to wipe one's **** clean?

I don't think it would be unpatriotic, one because we are not to worship objects or other idols, our god is a jealous god and doesn't want us to worship false idols, and two because whats a guy to do with Sh*t stuck to his A**? I don't think I would like that feeling myself. Don't get me wrong I am not saying I don't respect our flag, I appreciate and admire what our Service Men has done for us, and what our flag represents.

I'd drag my a** across the sand before desecrating my country's flag and anyone else's face through the same sand if I caught them trying to use it for that purpose.
