maybe not by a margin of 20 points but they will kick major asss this year. Tomlinson, Gates, McCardell, Parker, Neal...these are enough tools for Philip Rivers to succeed. Chargers will be AFC west champs.

San Diego will be lucky to score 20 points a game with Philip Rivers as their QB. Letting Drew Brees go ensured that this franchise will fall just short of the playoffs again. Twenty point a game margine, you must be ten years old or have the mind of a ten year old.

That would be.....NO, NO and NO. The Chargers run the ball very well, but they have an unproven QB in Phillip Rivers, this team will struggle to 8-8; they were 9-7 last year w/Drew Brees.

They will score a lot but there defense will give up a lot of points calling for some close games, they'll average a 10 point lead a game. Someone said they didn't have a good reciever but they do...Kennan McCardell is a great reciever.

More like they'll GET dominated by 20 points a game. I appreciate a true fan but true fans need to have a large dose of realism about their teams also.

Hell No. They're in a tough decision, and will probably finish about 9-7. But they're definitely not gonna beat anybody consistently by 20 points.

Opposing D's will put 8 men in the box and force an inexperienced QB to pass a lot...so no they won't.

Rivers will be a great QB - Better than Brees. They need time and a Good receiver to develop (Jackson).
