Don't know about the next 20 years, but they have a good foundation and just need a few superstars at key positions to develop or acquire and they will be good.

Not with a GM and a Head Coach that don't get along. Plus, not resigning your proven starter speaks volumes about the incompetence of the management. Sorry, no dynasty for the Bolts in the near future. Plus, AFC West is way too stacked in competition. San Diego will lose at least half of it's divisional games.
