i love that show but i hate thewy ended it!! i have all the seasons on dvd!

I DO I DO! I have all the seasons on DVD and I got the collector's DVD case for all 10 seasons. I also have the best of DVD and the final episode DVD. If there's something Friends on DVD, I have it.
I miss it all the time... fun comedy that was never topical, never felt the need to make a political statement or have a "very special episode."
I watch the show from show one to the final episode at least 3 times a year. It was the best show ever.

I certainly loved the show and I miss it, but at some point it had to end. Too many shows go on for way too long and evolve into something different from what it started out to be. I'm glad it ended well. I have heard talks about creating a few special shows updating the lives of the FRIENDS characters. I would absolutely love to see those. A recent article quoted Jennifer Aniston saying that she would love to do a Thanksgiving reunion episode. That would be so great!
I think what also adds to the loss of the show is that there are no more good, funny sitcom shows like in the 90's. If there were a few, it would make the transition much easier. Now, everything seems to be a 1 hour drama.

I miss Friends sooo much. When it first came on TV in 1994 I was only 10. I started watching Friends when I was about 15 (Season 5). About that time is when reruns started airing on tv and I caught up on episodes that way. I'm now 22 and I have every seaon of Friends on DVD and a collector's box to place all the dvd sets on display. During college I got my roomie (she's also my best friend) into Friends and now she is starting to collect the seasons on DVD because she has one more year of college to go, where I am done so she says she has 2 start buying Friends so she has something to watch on the weekends! =)

I didn't get on the Friends bandwagon until the 4th season, but man did I catch up. That show is a classic, and I hope they at least do some reunion shows in the future. I am only sad that "Joey" isn't working out, but you can't have everything.

I'm halfway through collecting the DVD series! And YES! I miss that show! Good thing for re-runs! I didn't think the ending was too bad. I don't know what else they could've done.
