It is difficult to get pregnancy signs as early as before your missed period because it takes 6 to 12 days for the fertilized egg to actually attach to your uterus. But some women do have early signs such as mild cramping, implantation bleeding or spotting, tender breasts, fatigue or nausea. I think morning sickness and frequent urination come a little bit later. Every woman is different and some women don't have symptoms at all.

Any symptoms you can have during PMS or your period but none are sure signs. The main ones I had was: my emotions and how I react were really different during early pregnancy; at my first I had diarrhea but got nausea for the second, more then a week before my due date! I think it depends also if you're someone in touch with herself because some people don't notice it before 6 months! It happened more then once to fat women. Baby movements are really similar to gas before that 6 months period.

Everyone's body is different, but for me, it was almost normal compared to how I feel right before I start my period. The only thing different was that all my 'normal' symptoms of starting my period, were actually increased. I had more frequent headaches, more cramps & back pains, tender breasts and fatigue. The biggest symptom for me was my fatigue. I was extremely tired every minute of the day and just felt so wiped out. My breasts were also very very tender, like 10x the amount of my normal tender breast symptom.

Tender breasts- every time! That happens really early on!

Initially, your breasts will most likely feel verrrrry, very tender. Other symptoms might be headache, or other "pms" symptoms.

barely. some people get them some don't but lack of energy, tired sleepy, insomnia, nausea are some and not everyone get the same symptoms
