How do I send an e-mail though my cell phone?

I have this cell phone from Metro P-C-S But I have no idea how to send an e-mail though it with a picture that was text to me
can I do that?

well you should go back to your phone company and ask then how to e-mail they should show u

Depending on your phone, you may not have email capabilities. Only a few phones have emailing ability. You also have to enroll for email on your phone. If you don't have that service you won't be able to email.
