In the American League, it's Comerica Park in Detroit - 422 feet to straightaway center field.
Yankee stadium is only 408.
In the National League (and in the majors) it's Minute Maid Park, which is 435' to the wall in center field.
It used to be the Polo Grounds, which was at its peak 505 feet to center.
EDITED to add correct polo grounds info.

I'm not too sure. I read that Mickey Mantle hit a 565 foot shot out of Griffith Stadium in the 1950s against the Senators, and likewise against the Tigers at Tiger Stadium in the 1960s. And yet, I heard a myth from the 1930s or 40s that Josh Gibson hit a ball out of a Pittsburgh, and the next day in D.C. out of nowhere, an outfielder caught the ball, and an umpire, yelled to Gibson. "You're out... in Pittsburgh. "
