I recently began doing some activity that requires lots of running for the last 2 weeks, and my feet and legs are killing me. The impact from the running is hurting my joints (knees and ankles). What good sneaker out there does anyone recommend? Like Nike air max, or Nike shox, etc.

This is a difficult question to answer because a shoe that works for me might not work for you. Everybody's feet are different and also the way that your feet impact the ground. It is best to go to a professional sports shoe store that has a treadmill and they can do an analysis of your running stride. They can then recommend what shoe would be best for you.
