peoples and others in the past, on the strength of the struggles of your ancestors as a minority, WHY would you mate with them and be in relationships with them now? I'm not against forming friendships, nor do I consider myself racist. But, even in the Bible, certain peoples were seperated due to the misdeeds of their ancestors. Now we live in Liberal land, and no one is allowed to say how they really feel. That's just the way it is. Just to know my great, great, great grandmother may had been beaten and raped by a white man is enough to repulse me. Do you not think their superiority complex is not passed down to their future generations?

Ok, playa> But white folks have done more per capita to people ALL OVER THE WORLD than any other race. Refute that, and prove me wrong. You can't.

Wow! That is one of the most terrible "questions" that I have read on here and there are quite a few awful ones. I can't even say that you asked a question...it was more like a dissertation on how ignorant a person can be.

Let me just say that I was born caucasian. God did not ask me when I was conceived "What race would you like to be?" That is just the way that it is. You get what you get. I consider myself to be a very moralistic person with strong values and beliefs and it is that way REGARDLESS of my race, gender or religion. I take offensive, as well as any white person should, when people who are uninformed and ignorant make bold statements about an entire race. I could also make the statement that everyone of your race is uneducated and ignorant because of the statements that you made, but a whole race cannot be summed up by one person's shortcomings...even yours.

wah wah wah....get over it. I'm sooooo tired of hearing about how terrible white people are. I could say the same thing, that maybe my great-great-grandmother was raped by a black man, or an Asian man, or a Native American man, how the hell do I know?? But, I'm not going to let speculation turn me into a racist. I think people of other races, especially African-Americans, think that because of something that happened years ago to their ancestors, that they are due some sort of special treatment. IT'S OVER!!!! MOVE ON!!! Slavery was abolished! People who live in the past inhibit future progress for all of us.

If you look back in ANY history, you'll find terrible incidents. Using your examples of people, A good portion of the salves who were brought over to the Americas were SOLD to the slavers by other african tribes who practised slavery long before the white man came long
There's good historical evidence that shows that several tribes of native americans practised cannabalism
Ghengis Kahn woul burn entire cities, murder everyone in them down to the last infant because one person had insulted him.

You'll also find great acts of kindness in every races history as well. On my mother's side, we're related to a pastor who was one of the "ends" of the underground railroad. He helped thousands of slaves escape to Canada and start up life free.

What about those of us who are mixed? You you only half hate me because I'm part white and part native?

Judge a man by what he does, not what his ancestors have done.

Being a Native American myself, I prefer that we as a people should be with our own kind, to produce more Native Americans, right? The conspiracy to annihilate and exterminate our tribes was when producing a blood quantum is used to determine if you can be an enrolled tribal member or not. The more our blood quantum is diluted, the fewer Indians there are, eventually eliminating tribes altogether. But if other Natives want to be with a white person or colored person, thats their perogative, I'm not a racist or a prejudice person. You can't help who you fall in love with. Whatever floats your boat!

You can not blame an entire people for the actions of their ancestors.

It is not race that should determine whom you have a relationship with, that is a personal choice. If you chose any relationship or friendship based on the history of the race, you would remain friendless and loveless.

I think that every ethnic group has some evil in its past. When you look at history, even the indians, who some consider more enlightened, had many tribes that kept slaves, raped, pillaged, etc. Same holds true for groups in Africa, Asia, etc. The Japanese enslaved the Chinese, Hutus slaughtered Tutsis, and on and on. I don't think that any ethnic/racial group can say that it has a clean history.

your question is inherently racist as every proposition is based on race. you are asking for people who have been slighted- to at least hold a grudge against others just because they belong to a different social group regardless of their own convictions.

to answer your question with a question, do you think that when people hook up with someone that they are attracted to they think about politics or do they think about happiness?

you have actually sided with those who discriminate over openness and understanding!
