Probably he really stands for everything you despise.
Don't worry about it,we all have someone or something like that.And slamming him on yahoo questions isn't such a bad way to out your frustration.So keep going friend.
I don't agree whit you(I do not hate Ted Kennedy,in fact I like him)but I will stand for your freedom of speech.Because freedom of speech should not be limited to things you agree whit.
The whole point of it was to protect less popular views

Maybe you don't like him because he has the guts to speak up and win points over people you agree with and like in the senate.
I also think Ted Kennedy has managed somehow to gain some authority and respect in that body of people. I think his generation of the Kennedy family had a heart for people less fortunate. They understood the plight of the poor even though they did not have a clue (same as other wealthy peopld) what it meant to be poor.

Everybody is scared to talk bad about him because he might just leave you in a car while sinking in the river. Truth be told "I'd rather hunt with Dick Cheney than ride with Ted Kennedy"

Because he was the one Kennedy in office that the CIA knew was enough of tool that he wouldn't pose any danger. So he was allowed to live.

Honestly though...I am not in favor of liberal democrat's views and positions in general...and I am definately not in favor of their tactics...but I have no ill-will towards them.
But T. Kennedy really irritates me and leaves a bad taste is my mouth...he is so extreme and he is belligerant and hateful.
