I don't think they should be. Like you said, I;m not perverted or something but if people ban theese things it is taking away freedom and rights. No one is making you watch them. Companies go to great measures to keep theese from getting into the hands of kids so they can't. As long as it isn't an open problem that effects people who don't want to see them, live and let live. Simple as that.

No, they should not be banned, if people don't like them they should just avoid them.
More controls should be put on availability though, porn is so easy for children to get hold off
