You can buy traps for them at homedepot or lowes, but the best thing is to buy tupperwear type containers, and store everything in there. they only go for the flour and pasta products. You should get rid of the items already infested, or they will just keep breeding

Definitely throw out what you have and start fresh. Take food out of boxes right away and put it into plastic containers. I had the same problem years ago in California--all my cereals, flour, pancake mix, stuff like that, went into Tupperware. Good luck!

Judith has a good answer and I would add that putting flour, meals, pasta, etc. in the freezer is a good way to keep them fresh and bug free.

tupperware and freezer is a good idea, but i keep a box of gallon ziplock bags for just that.
imo, tupperware is expensive, and i don't like waiting for flour, etc to warm up.
watch other things too, like gravy mixes, anything with grain products

that's something you will always get. try not to leave food for a long time and store your flour,lentils etc.in fridges.
