Since I don't have a safe, secure location...Homeland security is of most concern and being a cabinet post with the dept. made up of loyal party members under the direction of the president only adds to my apprehension

I recommend you make it a top priority to find a "safe, secure location" . This is a basic human need according to Maslow's heirarchy of needs, physical safety rates second only after physiologic needs (ie food, water).

If you are in Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel, Palestine, etc. then I can only imagine the difficulties of cabinet posts and party members.

If you are in US, then I have to give my opinion that I am far more concerned with the rise of fascism in response to *fears* based upon the *war on terror*. I am more disturbed by the Patriot Act and all of its extensions, the unauthorized/illegal tapping of communications of Americans, investigations of book purchases/library usage (I dare not even admit to owning a used copy of Catcher in the Rye), illegal detentions at Gitmo with their associated "miliary tribunals" (which the Supreme Court narrowly objected to recently), treatment of detainees at Gitmo not to mention Abu Ghraib and recent rape and murder of 14 year old girl and her family in Iraq.

If your statement concerns the fact that croneyism is the determining factor for Bolton's post, Wolfowitz's post, Alito and Roberts to the highest court in the land coupled with all the other's we don't hear about, then I share your apprehension.

Peace, kirbi
