Peter Luger Steakhouse (Williamsburg, Brooklyn -right over the Williamsburg bridge, short cab ride from Manhattan)
Smith & Wollensky Steak House
Palm Restaurant
The Strip House
Sparks Steakhouse -Considered to be one of the more affordable high-quality steakhouses. (John Gotti organized the shooting of the Gambino family boss Paul Castellano on 12/16/85. Castellano was shot six times, along with his underboss, Thomas Billoti, outside Sparks Steakhouse)
Old Homestead Steak House -Known for offering an extensive array of Kobe steaks, this meatpacking district steakhouse embodies the typical "boys night out" steakhouse atmosphere

1. How about "Sparks Streak House" known as a restaurant of good streaks and fresh seafood??
2. The volume and gorgeous, "The Palm" was founded in '27.
3. For elegant ladies (just like me lol), how about the 'power lunch' at the Four Seasons:)?
4. Not a steak restaurant, but "Le Cirque" is also the best for the French/Italian food, and "Aureole" was selected as the best restaurant in the gourmet magazine because of chief's good sense. "Daniel" is cool one known as an organic/ethnic food.
(As my sis recommended.)
Have a good appetite!
May I join??
Cheers!!

Peter Lugers is great.
Sparks and BLT Steak are also great. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is still a solid choice even though it's a franchise.
