You are indecisive if you decide that's what you are. Indecisive is not indicative of never making a decision, it's indicative of having difficulty coming to a conclusion that one can stick with. So if an indecisive person decides something, then the resulting decision was made through an indecisive process. It does not invalidate the decision.

If you are indecisive, by definition, you cannot decide that you are indecisive.
