how often do i have to swim or how hard. when do i do weighs. what suplements are good.i want to be a fast swimer and put some mass at the same time.

Anything to excess is not good. When you swim each day, warm up gradually and then get into it. Beat your own previous records. That keeps it fun and enjoyable which will make a difference in the long run. Another step would be to balance that exercise with another like walking regularly.

Firstly muscle mass may hurt your ability to swim.I know this sounds crazy so let me explain.Muscle mass make you less boyant thus making it more difficult to stay afloat.The best way to build using swimming is doing several very rapid laps in succession with a breif period of rest in between like a wind sprint.You should do your weightlifting workouts on days other than your swimming workouts so as to not overtrain.Supplements should include a high quality protein (I use Designer Whey) and maybe creatine to increase your speed and explosive power.I'll give you more info if you drop me a message
