Okay, It is true Bush was a drug abuser (and remember folks, alcohol is a drug), and he went through a period of reform, but that reform involved things like AA, which does not have a very good track record when it comes to the numbers of people who participate in AA and then relapse. Moreover, the president's job has got to be one of the most stressful things anyone could do in the USA. So, given these parameters I would say that Bush is using some synthetic means for achieving well-being, but this need not be a drug. It could be the kinds of drunk-with-power decisions he's making while being blindly supported by members of the megachurches of America. These things feed his ego, and you can just as easily get "addicted" to that as you can to drugs.

they probablydo drug tests so someone who is president is probably tested monthly. they just wouldnt let that kind of thing happen. he would be impeached right now if he was on cocane. someone would notice and have him tested ifhe was. bush is not on cocane
