Could be alot of things. One, you may be allergic to the soap, shampoo, or conditioner you are using. If you have switched and it still occurs then you have hard water. It's a common thing, and unless you have a water softener it will cause you to itch like crazy for awhile after you shower or bathe. Most people who live in the country with water wells and don't have a water softener have this problem.

Do you take really hot baths? Hot water tends to dry out your skin causing itching. Try taking a cooler bath and see what happens.
