these countries have da union jack on their flag does it bother any citizens of these countries that their national flag shows that they were once a colony of british empire or ar u proud of it

I have been to australia twice and those peoples are really proud of who they are and they do not relate of beiing a british they belive to with time became a distinct society which they are.... but why deniying history or theyr origin.... to know your history never hurted anyone as it make someone fully conscious of is own evolution, why deniying it ???? my son has theyr flag in is room that is how he got impress by the Australian people and if they are who they are today its also part of the very first day....

Perhaps you should also ask this question to the South Africans, I bet most would want their OLD flag back, that HAD the union jack in it.
