I had an accident when I was very little, the toilet seat slammed into my penis. I don't know if it hindered it's growth, but now I'm 30 years old and my erect penis size is 4.5 inches. All the males in my family don't have any poblem with penis size.
Since I have seen that there is no way of enlarging the penis, I want to focus on stamina and performance. All answers are welcome.

Save your money on supplements too. They really do not make a difference. What does, however, is a good balanced diet. So eat healthy and regularly. Then work on the exercise part. Do something every day, like walking or running, or ride a bike. That over time will give you self confidence and that is what makes the difference. One other point, performance is not the same all the time. So expect a lot of variety here too. Just like eating. We would not enjoy the exact same food all the time. It is the variety that makes it enjoyable.
