First you should figure out why you want to to tell. Is it out of concern for your married friend, or some other reason. If you do tell what will be the outcome, and can you live with it. If you do decide to tell, she should tell, not you, but you should be there for moral support. BUT, only do this if you are prepared to lose both friends and possibly see your friends marriage end.

No, you shouldn't tell her, but you should convince your other friend to tell her. It may still piss her off, but hearing it from the horses mouth is much better. Of course he will deny it, but then you won't be caught up in the middle.
