Because the question is floating around in the air, it makes you itchy, it scratches at your mind then at your throat, it won't let you be satisfied with acceptance of what is because that state of existence is a passive state which just can't be maintained. For one moment you can have complete peace, complete satisfaction that there is nothing you have to wonder about but the next moment you are to self deception because a question has formed and if you continue on at peace you will just be in self denial and ignoring it. Living is in inquiry and the mind is designed to wonder.

Because if something is, to understand it or the person explaining their perspective we need to ask why.
Therefore to understand the explainer our why might be more of a personal perspective question rather then a why does it happen.
