i built a second hand conservatory some years ago . it was a screw to wall type with a metal base,bolting the support brackets and glass, get him to sort the parts firstly put the base into place and wall mounts first add roof and than re glaze,it's a must to get ground work level, he should be able to fit the conservatory over the weekend

Well one thing I would be careful of- and I know this from personal experience- is to make sure you have planned how you will maintain your property AFTER installing the conservatory. How will you access any gutters/roofing/windows above the conservatory?
