Major League Soccer is an American League people. Zidane plays for Real Madrid in Spain. Pele? Ronaldinho? Yeah, they are good but that is not the question.
Anyway, arguably the best player in the MLS is Landon Donavan.

The best soccer player in MLS right now is Houston Dynamo's Brian Ching. In the Dynamo's first game he scored 4 goals!!! Landon Donavan is an overrated player. He didn't do anything for the US national team I don't know why people think he is so good. He couldn't even make it in europe. If Brian Ching played in some of the games at the world cup MAYBE we would have gotten past the first round.

i would have to say that ante razov is doing very well. i am not a chivas fan, but considering that he is the number one scorer in the league at the time, i think he's very good. the fact that he can be a on a lackluster team and still score A LOT says something about him. also, even though brian ching and landon donovan are good players, their stats don't reflect it.

Jaime Moreno.....DC is unstoppable, right now, Im sure he has alot to do with this, and he has recently surpassed the 100 goal mark.
