The full name of the band was Fritz Raybyne Memorial Band, shortened to Fritz.
Incidentally, Mr. E, your answer is incorrect. Fleetwood Mac may have been the most famous band Stevie was ever in, but her first band was called Changing Times (influenced by the Mamas & Papas) and Fritz became semi-pro, opening for such acts as Janis Joplin & Jimi Hendrix. Besides Nicks & Buckingham, the other members of Fritz included Javier Pacheco and Calvin Roper.
Here's some interesting "Fritz" trivia: Apparently Stevie Nicks was a big fan of Janis Joplin's, but after drinking SoCo with her & seeing her "macho" side, she decided she didn't want to be like her after all ;)

Fleetwood Mac (formed in 1967) is an influential and commercially successful British-American band whose music has ranged from blues to pop. The band was named after its rhythm section, drummer Mick Fleetwood and bassist John McVie, who are the only two members to stay with the band throughout its long and varied history. Fleetwood Mac is best known as the venue for the musical (and romantic) partnership of Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham, but the band existed for several years before Buckingham and Nicks joined up.

Fleetwood mac was the only band she was in. she had/has a solo thing for a while now but she is still part of the band. Nicks and buckingham put out one album before they joined Mac. It was called "Buckingham-Nicks".
