I was taking medication for migraines (topamax... don't recommend it, too many bad side effects) and the one good thing about it was that while it didn't make me feel drugged in any way I had this "speak my mind" attitude. For the most part I'd just say what was on my mind very calmly and concisely, but when something would really tick me off... There was a woman smoking just outside the entrance of a medical facility that had gone smoke free months before... and she knew it... you could tell by the way she kept looking over her shoulder... I just lost it... I yelled "Put it out you selfish cow!"

Even after I stopped taking the meds I continued to speak my mind because the results were so satisfying. This has led me to try lots of new things. Feel the fear and do it anyway. Takes practice like anything else.

Life experiences if you know someone with them they have already been throw hell. THe point is to get the nerves of steel you must have no fear and to have no fear you must be a stupid or be tried already.

You do not want the experiences that give you nerves of steel.

The British military has the Dickin Medal for animals that acted bravely in conflict, so it has got here about beforehand. i'm prepared to wager that the Dickin Medal has been presented to dogs and horses purely. interior the lengthy history of the British protection rigidity I doubt a cat ever went into conflict except for its own desires.

If I have the skills and means to handle a situation, it's a no stress deal. If I don't, I'm a freak scene so in order to appear to be NOT a freak scene, I just put the parts I can't handle in some other little part of my brain, that I don't have to use in order to handle the parts I have the skills and means to handle. it's as simple as that.

Crawl into a burning building looking for victims, and have a scared cat attach itself to your mask like that scene from Alien.

Be yourself. You should never have to explain yourself. Admit when you don't know an answer and stick by the ones you know.
