A p90 is extremely slow and I am not sure you really want to do this as you can get much faster computers for very little money (like a Pii around 400 mhz). But, if you really insist, you need a boot floppy to format the drive. Use Fat32 as it uses less space overall. You also need the Win98 CD which you can probably get for free from a friend or relative. The program is self loading. You should not need a motherboard driver. Memory is the next problem. Win98 works better with 64M ram. If you only have 32 then get the second edition as finding the right memory may be a problem for a machine that old.

download drivers for motherboard from manufacter web site
you need a boot disc
boot to floppy
at dos prompt:- a:/format c: then press enter ( or a:/format /c:)
next
you need cd drivers to make cd drive work
if you can get a me boot disc this will have the drivers on (with cd support)
next insert cd in drive
at dos prompt :-a:/d:
d:/ will appear :-d:/cd/win98 (if second edition you might need toadd se at end)
d:/win98> will appear:- d:/win98>setup c:(or setup /c:)
it wil then ask to scan all drives
then should start installing windows

been a long time since i have done it 98% sure i'm right
e-mail me if you get stuck
