If mother board has USB 2.00 port and printer has USB 1.1, IEEE 1284 Interface, can we connect them together? Please explain somebody.

Yes, the 2.0 is reverse compatible. However it will run at 1.1 speed, so you will not get the full value of the 2.0.

Its possible that the two devices will connect, but a successful USB 2.0 connection requires a USB 2.0 host controller card, a USB 2.0 driver and a USB 2.0 peripheral.
2.0 USB cables are recomended, also, although the 1.1 sec cables are supposed to work.

Your USB 2.0 port is compatible with 1.1. You should have no problem.

ya but before you work on it, put some wool socks on and run around some carpet really fast for a few minutes then go play with your motherboard
