No one can actually define this question "Who is the best actor in the world" no one will really ever know. People magazine doesn't know what they are talking about when they say "Sexiest Man Alive", you can never figure that out, all they are meaning is "Sexiest Man that is Famous and most girls like him". You could be saying "Who do you think is the best actor" THINK is the keyword...and i would say Johnny Depp, but not the best actor in the world.
