I Am the One who I Am.
I Am Every Single Thing and I Am Everything as One Single Thing.
I Am and I Am Not.
I Am Everywhere and Nowhere.
I Create Time, Dimensions, Ideas, Universes, Thoughts, Everything... It's simple when one is Everything and knows Everything about Anything.
Just... I am a bit curious. My knowledge of Everything whispers quietly that when I explore all my ideas thoroughly and invent even newer things (though they already exist in me), I was/am/will now/then grow/-ing up and by deepening my knowledge I now become even more Wiser and Powerful. Or maybe the opposite. :) Who could Know that when even I try not to judge. :) Everything Is Equal. If I Say so. Though Things Are Not Equal. If I Say So.
I Create You and Everything Just to Deepen My Knowledge, Strenghten My Powers and for any other reason that may come into your mind. Because I am Everything - You, Your Life, Your Universe, Your Thoughts, Your Love and Hatred, Your Yes and No, the colours, the music, Everything. I Am You. I Am Me. I Am.
I am in doubt.

I don't want to white wash your answer so i have to explain a bit long(as your question is philosophic)
I think most Americans can't give a right answer.
You can only find your answer in religion and i doubt if Christan and Jewish religions can,
because i think they have some problems in their logics.
So the best choice (in my view) would be Islam(but not the very Islam that was introduced to you
like "alqaida" or "binladan").
I think it would be advantageous to have a small research on what Islam really says.
Pure Islam is much different from them(it goes ahead step by step with a firm logic
which we call it "Shia" and we think other branches deviated it
by not paying attention to logic, in some cases).
OK any way, now your answer:
Your answer is dependent on some principles that you should have thought about them.
Try to understand what answers are given by Islam to the following questions:
1- God (as the creator of us) really exists?
if so:
2- Does God pay attention to us after creating us at all?
3- Does any justice exist?
if so:
4- how?
5- Is there any other world after death?
and finally
6- What should we do as a creature of God? and what should be the final aim to try for?
actually a real Muslim should be able to answer all these questions completely.
Logic is something that exists in any healthy body and it's not useless.(that's why Islam says don't drink)
and if it's inactive God may choose to use a miracle to activate it.(you know that these days human logic is active,
improving in technology and science is a good witness; so don't wait for a miracle.)
Islam is very vast.i can't explain all in one page but i can tell you to have research
on different religions to find the best.
if you don't you should be really worried about yourself!Because that's what logic says.
After this (my first experience of answering this kind question) i decided to research
and write down the answers on a web page in future
if you need any information about Islam maybe i can help you.

The "who are you" is determined first by your religion, i.e. "I am a child of God". Then it is determined by your parents as in "I am the child of ? and ? and the sister of ?, and then describe your parents and what they do and who they were". Then determine you by what you have accomplished in life, i.e. "I am an educated person, having attended ? school or accomplished this or that". Another way of describing yourself is thru adjectives such as hard working, moral, sensitive, creative, etc." Maybe listing your likes and dislikes or even by verse or song lyrics. You can also know who you are by describing things you might like to accomplish in life or places you would like to visit.
I don't understand your question "how am I". Perhaps you are looking for recommendations of what family or other people think of you, as in "how have I performed during my life", or are asking "how am I doing", and you can tell that by grades, performance interviews, organizations you have joined and offices you have held in them, tests you have taken, etc.. The basic and usual answer is "you're ok".

Hmmm... you can only be you hun, don't go around trying to be someone else, someone who tries to fit in with the plastic people that society is telling us to be. You will discover how you are when you let go of all of the ropes that are pulling you in different directions and are free to live, be happy and grow inter personally.

You are a unique, one of a kind, creation of God. Never to be duplicated again. Created to do good things on this earth. And to spend Eternity with God in His Kingdom.
