Assuming we humans all have this latent ability, how can I learn to unlock this skill/potential as someone with no conscious experience of it?

You need to join your nearest spiritualistic church they do meditation and development circles .these help you learn and enhance your psychic ability and from your development you will learn clairvoyance

No-one is clairvoyant. Or at least if anyone is, they must already be so rich they couldn't use an extra million dollars! James Randi has had a million dollars waiting for anyone who can prove ANY kind of paranormal ability. Some claim that this is possible. There are a lot of different methods which are said to free the mind. One is meditation. Another is the freeing of the chakras. Many other ways are thought to assist in this - depending upon the type of clairvoyance that the person wishes to achieve. Try the two listed links for different options. Hope this helps.

since i was a child , i started seeing feeling ghost of friends and people never seen before . passing places in new orleans were bad things went down , and i,am trying hard too understand how it is to be a clairvoyance ? I would say so because we all have the ability to learn something new each day in our life, do some research first by visiting your local Spiritual Church, they are very friendly and very helpful, if you believe in yourself then believe it can happen, good luck.

Yes you can do it, but it isn't easy.
You have to learn to trust your intuiton on everything, that is the biggest key to unlocking it.
I also think that there are courses you can take to learn this skill, but you'd have to be careful to pick someobdy reputable.

You are clairvoyant you just lack the sensitivity to notice what you already percieve. Vipassana meditiation practice will help or biofeedback.

You could learn by reading and researching, but it will take many years. However, it really depends if you are naturally gifted.
