If you want to learn the real basics of the 'science' and have a reading, http://www.astrocenter.com is good.
I used to dabble and of all websites I've been to, astrocenter has the most accurate natal charts and good interpretation.

Not only do they have astrology but also other methods, although I tend to stick to astrology myself.

Look out for the 'Learn About' on the left side menu.
