I started of as a receptionist, then a PA... uf! awful! Luckily I did a short teaching course and became a language teacher abroad, it's ok... but what I really would have loved is to be a ballet dancer, I trained since I was 6... and still go to classes. But, although I'd been told that I had potential, I didn't pursue my dream for various reasons... I wish I had. What about you? Are you happy doing what you do? Is it what you wanted?

I am a nurse, i love it and find it really rewarding, but then some days i feel like patients relatives are fighting me and talk to me in an accusing manner, it makes me feel why do i bother? i work twelve hour shifts with crap pay, sometimes i wish i did a more glamorous job, my boyfriend is a hairdersser and gets paid twice as much as i do! i had to do a degree and an intensive degree level course to do my job, whilst i think my boyfriend does a fantastic job i feel it's a slight injustice

I also started out as a receptionist. Now I'm an executive assistant. I've never been sure of what I wanted to do but I've always seen myself as a career and business woman. I hope one day I can reach my goals. I'm definetly working very hard towards them.

I've done a bit of everything but I'm a temporary housing officer at the moment.

I'm a musician in my spare time (see www.masterofnone.org.uk for details) but if it paid well enough I'd be doing that all day every day.
