Sumdumb, some of us actually work! Somehow the thought of you sitting in a cubicle panting over porn is a bit sickening. Everyone must avoid you! Does pyro mean pyromaniac? Ha, I bet you are playing with matches to get it on , don't set the place on fire .
You might get caught, all bosses are not stupid and another co-worker might be tired of your panting in the next cubicle and turn you in.
Look at the silver lining, you get fired and you can sit at home and watch all the flaming porn you want.

At work I do what I am paid to do, That is WORK. At home I play and yes even if you delete the history IT can still tell if you have been on the internet and what sites you visit and for how long.

What I do? I work and when I don't have anything to do, I read or learn - but I read and I learn for work, it's ok for my boss (!)
Yes, your boss might be able to tell that you've been on the internet.

besides yahoo answers i also get on myspace and then i just play games.
at some places, they do monitor people's internet activity. maybe you should clear the history in your browser

read articles on the net or catch up on work that i had to complete or get ahead on some tasks so I would be able to have more free time

I play spades and freecell. They can't track my yahoo email but anything else they can because I am on their system.

yes, they can see everywhere you have been. most employers spot check this. most will tolerate a little here and there but if it's extensive or if you visit porn, expect to be fired.
