Can you give me some information on "LEAF RUSTLERS"? Books on types of Fairies?

I know it is a type of Fairy It visits people in their plants around and just after midnight every night.. When asked who it is in the plants making the leaves rustle, all one hears is "RUSTLE! RUSTLE! RUSTLE!"

There is a book called The Witches Guide to Fairy Folk by Edain McCoy. It lists a lot of the different fairy types and gives a description. It's kind of like a field guide.
