Hell No, it's not cool and the father should have at least had the decency to inform the mother that he has other children. There have been rare cases of brother/sisters or cousins unknowingly marrying the other (i.e. adoption, artificial insemination via sperm donor, etc). However when they discover that they are related is devastating. As a parent of multiple children by multiple women you have the responsibility of FULL DISCLOSURE.

Just because they knew nothing of each other doesn't change the fact that they are half brothers and sisters. No it is not cool for them to date.

Ok, "divorce". With an "i".
You might have to move to Arkansas or something.
