Lebonon is a great city for trading and Lebanese can be proud of their city if they do not allow fanatics muslims to take over and make it a war zone by attacking Isreal.
No one wants war. Everyone wants to enjoy life . Fanatics are jealous of normal people and destructive.

Lebanon is not keeping silence , The Lebanon's government is trying it's best to stop the Israeli attacks on the civilian's by going to the UN , but America used the Vito right in the UN to stop the world security council from taking action against Israel
after all Lebanon don't have a army , Hezbollah is all the force that they have and Israel has all the advanced weapons and technologies and Air force That America provides , plus all th million's of Dollar's which America also give to Israel

Maybe a better question is why Lebanon has kept silent and even given over its territory to Hezbollah's terrorist murderers. That fact is probably why Lebanon doesn't have much it can say about Israel's actions. Remember, "bloody Israel" didn't start this one.

Hmm... modern-day background ring any bells? because of the fact did no longer they do exactly that some years in the past? besides, i'm purely a touch cynical whilst the only source quoted source for the form and numbers of those 'long variety' missiles (considering the undeniable fact that may not long variety, it is medium) is an IDF Brigadier well-known. it is in his pastime to construct up the probability. That way whilst Hezbollah lob missiles into Israel (which they certainly will) he's already well-known the mandate for rolling each of how as much as Beirut. And apparently they could could desire to invade with the aid of UN gadgets; i ask your self how that could circulate down with Israel's regularly occurring allies?

Because they are powerless to control their own country. It's infiltrated at all levels by extremists in Hezbollah. Any action on their part would devolve into civil war leaving Beirut looking like it did in the 90's. The only logical end to this is Syria brokering a deal that disolves Hezbollah and restores the borders.

Great way for the blind "Damascus prince", above, to tell ONE side of the story. You forgot to show the YEARS of daily bloodshed your murderous friends cause(d)I in Israel. You are a coward to hide behind the lifeless bodies you show & cry victim. I'm sure you feel we should feel bad for the family of 9 Who’s, foolish IDIOT father allowed the murdering hezbollah to conduct terrorist meetings in his house. Sure, throw your child in the lions den & then cry that it is the lion keeper’s fault that your child was killed. What a fool! It is horror that civil. are dying, there is no doubt, but this is NOT Israel’s intention. The ungodly filth hamas & hez MUST be destroyed, for the WORLDS sake. Remove your hate & you will regain your site!

This war has been going on since 1948... Why do the Arabs care so much about Israel? It is just a small country and the Arabs have millions of square miles and all the oil!?!?!?
I will pray for all of you who "don't get it" and you should pray for yourselves... These Muslim extremist terrorists want all Westerners (including Europe & US) and Israel dead! Wake up people!

I think you mean Syria, which controls the Lebanese government.
Israel would not be "bloody" at all were it not for the Islamic terrorists.
