Hi everyone. I need to know.... What is the quickest way from Stanstead Airport to Harrow-on-the-Hill/ Harrow & Wealdstone Station?

My plane lands at 6:10pm on Saturday evening at Stanstead and I'm supposed to be in Harrow by 7pm. Is this even possible? I have already concluded that even though i drive it will surely be quicker to get around london using trains, though i'd prefer not to use the bus as they suck!

Can someone tell me the quickest route and how long it will take (a calculated guess will do) so that if i am going to be late, i roughly know how much by.

Thanx

Oh yeah, the flight is coming from Dinard, France and i'll only have hand luggage. Also i have a british passport so (hopefully) customs shouldn't be a problem.

Unless it is a domestic flight and you only have hand luggage you haven't a hope, because a lot time will be taken-up going through the formalities having got off of the plane.

The quickest route is to drive:- M11 down to the M25 and then round to the A1 (or M1) and head down to Harrow from there (it depends upon local traffic conditions which I don't know about).

I would suggest allowing about 45 mins to an hour for the drive depending upon the traffic conditions).

First thing, it's impossible because your plane lands at 6:10 PM and you have forgotten the time between leaving the plane and reaching the means of transport !!

Still if you are lucky enough you can get following train: (earlier is at 6:00 pm)

STANSTED AIRPORT dep 20:00 ONE RAILWAY
LONDON LIVERPOOL STREET arr 20:48
LONDON LIVERPOOL STREET dep 20:48 Tube*
LONDON EUSTON arr 21:34
LONDON EUSTON dep 21:34 SILVERLINK TRAIN SERVICES
HARROW & WEALDSTONE arr 21:46

Wow no longer a single individual replying so a techniques as thought that there might desire to be any actual war of words from the SIOE or any of their hangers on? This protest, enable us to no longer forget approximately, isn't even against extremism, yet against Islam, complete stop. i'm no longer a supporter of UAF, yet i'm happy to make certain that somebody is prepared to talk up for the liberty to worship. EDIT: Their protest is against an entire faith. all of us interior the islamic faith. they do no longer desire every person in England to be Muslim. it extremely is opposition to the best to loose worship. Are you in contract with their desire to make certain Islam thoroughly barred from the united kingdom? In maximum of my postings with regard to the UAF (relatively some the place you have delivered them up), I say an analogous component. I believe lots of what they say and do, yet do no longer believe violence. be at liberty to look back by my solutions and questions and spot if I ever contradict myself.
