Why do the soles of my feet and the palms of my hand burn when i feel very hot - especially when i am not walking...
now that we have very hot weather, i will suffer in the nights because of this burning pain and i dont know what i can do to help it.

i've tried soaking them in cold water but as soon as i take them out, the water just dries off and they start burning again!

can anyone help?

For burning soles of your feet, try using Gehwohl Foot Balm Extra. That always helps for me.

Henna paste is very cooling when applied to the soles of your feet and palms of your hands. Be careful as some do stain and make them 'orange' so but the ones that are not ready to use when mixed only with water.

i have read that it is a sign of something else. you might first want to check the net and then your doctor. it's related to circulation somehow, but cannot recall, so don't want to steer your wrong.
my feet begin to burn when i do my walking, but that is after about a mile. for me, i think it's bad shoes and hot cement!

Wear shoes that have more ventilation.
