A good start to becoming a well settled person..whatever the hell that is..might be thinking through your questions in your mind...and then asking them in a fashion and with words that make a modicum of sense. I have NO idea of what the hell you're asking.

There is always value in learning a new language. If you will be working with German companies or will be relocating to Germany, Austria or Switzerland it is essential.
