Tough one. I'm pretty plugged into what goes on here for work and I can't think of any job or industry that operates like that here other than babysitting. I'm sure you could offer a babysitting service to expats who want to have a nice dinner or movie together for a few hours; problem is many people have maids that provide that. Even still, I'm sure there's a market for it.

I think baby sitting and the other I heard from one of my friends which he is currently doing is editing other people report but it's a freelance job.
