Does your family have a history of high blood pressure? If so check your blood pressure. A nose bleed could be a sign. It is a natural release for high blood pressure so as not to have a stroke or heart attack. I had it happen to me. It could also be the membranes inside your nose are thin and blowing your nose or sneezing could cause the nose bleed. I would contact your family doctor and get checked. I did and I'm glad I did.

I have had nose bleeds all my life (I'm 32) Lots of things cause them and you should go to your doctor. In my case it was caused by some of the blood vessels in my nose being close to the surface. My nose would get very dry at times and they would rupture more easy. During dry seasons I have to put Vaseline in my nose to keep it moist. If you find this is your problem they can go in and cauterize the vessel to help if it happens frequently.

There may be a thin vessel hurt in your nose. See a doctor and have it checked. But you may suffer headache if it does not bleed.
I had a hurt in the vessel of my nose because of big heat differences. too cold and to hot then. I had it treated.
But one of my friends feel bad if it does not bleed and does not see a doctor
