Life is grand! I am so very thankful to be alive and have what I do. I am so very very blessed to live where I do and love who I do. It could all change tomorrow and I'd still be thankful as I had it all!!! Love what you HAVE, life is so good....

I am very happy.I have a wonderful husband who cherishes me.How do I know this?Because he tells me and shows me.He always puts my welfare first and more recently has stood by me during some very serious medical issues. He married me never having been around children yet I had two. He's loved them as his own and has never used the term step-child to anyone because he was raised by his mom's second husband and he considered him "dad".He's been completely faithful and I know this because when he's not at work he's with me.He makes me belly laugh. He flirts with me.I have two wonderful kids. One is an officer at a jail and one is still living at home.I'm proud of both of them.I have great friends and a job I love.I'm overweight but I survived cancer.I could go on but I want to thank you for asking this question because you made me realize how fortunate I am.I hope this helped.

I am going through a tough phase, but really managing well. Lots of exercise, swimming every morning in the pond (great), doing well with kids and family, enjoying the sun, seeing nice people, taking my life in charge and making progress.
Agree about the negativity. I suppose quite a few people come to that section for some support or help (lol), and I partly use it therapeutically too (I have to admit!) . Works not bad!
Hope you are well too.

Greeneyes75, can I tell u I have been married for 22 years and it's still great. We r both getting old, wrinkly and saggy but also more mellow and less easily offended. I have 2 great kids. I love life. Still got heaps I want to do in life, every day has something in it for me to learn from. I can sleep at night. I still talk to all my brothers and sisters. Oh, and I have a beautiful dog who is always happy to see me. Pretty good, huh?

My cats are happy! Their names are Figaro (6yrs) & Rosina (2 yrs). They are healthy, they play with each other all the time & last night they tied me up and made long distance calls 'til 3:30 in the morning. I asked them not to do that anymore as I have to work at 7am but they just laugh and keep on dialing.
They like to dial "Kitty Porn" hotlines and then make cat calls to the tabbys on the other end of the line. Crazy cats!!! What am I to do?

While my relationship might not be the greatest I love my family and my 4 year old twins still greet me everyday when I come home with a hug and a kiss!!! Then they run thru house telling everyone THEIR daddy is home!!! That makes everything worthwhile. Is that positive enough?

-my 8 yr old son got chosen for the All-Star team, he was awarded the game-ball for all his good plays at first base, he caught a burning line drive. It was an awesome day. His whole team signed the ball.
-my 13th wedding anniversary is coming up end of July, my husband is 16 yrs. older than me (I'm 34) My parents said it wouldn't last 2 WEEKS!! :)
-my brother's band opened for Pearl Jam at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, he brought my boys back some Pearl Jam stuff. They are so excited!
Thanks for your question! I like to hear good things too!

Life is what you make of it and today is the first day in the rest of our lives. That's how I see it and I'm glad to be alive and see the sun rise. Each day a new adventure, new challenges and new lessons to be learned. No negativity here.
