I installed Firefox and the MATCHBOX MATCHES ad is still poping up and blocking my personals !!!!!!!! HELP?

You probably still have spyware/viruses. Download and run both Ad-aware and SpyBot from http://www.download.com/ (both free). also download and run Avast anti-virus.

If you are still having pop up issues you can install the Adblock extension for Firefox by going to Tools->Extensions->Get more extensions

matchbox matches? that sounds dangerous.
