No, but the hcg hormone levels are more concentrated and therefore, easier to detect.
If you don't use the bathroom for a few hours and then test, you'll get close to the same results.

It does not matter, the way to get an accurate test is give your self at least one week after a missed period before testing, because a home pregnancy test is not able to detect the pregnancy hormone early. Plus your period can be off a few days due to stress or other factors besides pregnancy.

You will have a higher level of pregnancy hormones in your urine in the morning because it will be more concentrated. The more you drink the more diluted it becomes. However the pregnancy hormones will significantly increase with each day you are pregnant-so check again in a day or 2 if you think you may be and are getting a neg. result.

It depends on the test. Up-to-date and more advanced test will give you results 4 days earlier than your period due date and it doesn't matter what time you urinate.

I read somewhere that for your urine to have the most concentrated amounts of HGC in it, it has to sit in your bladder for 4 hours. And also if you drink a lot of water to make yourself pee, then it will be really diluted and might make you have a false negative.

not necessarily, but it is preferred b/c that is the most concentrated sample of urine.
i took about 3 home tests before i started to believe i was pregnant (total surprise) and they weren't early morning. they were actually in the evenings.
take care and good luck.
