This is an easy one to play.
Play the second string (B) on the first fret, and the 5th string (A) on the 3rd fret.
Now strum all strings except the 6th (Low E) srting.

Any "add9" chord is a regular major chord where you add one note above the octave. In the case of a "Cadd9" it is a regular C major chord, with a "D" added to it.
